At Imik Simik, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a hassle-free 48-hour refund policy from the time of delivery, under the following terms:
Eligibility for Refund

Only products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging will qualify for a refund.

To initiate a refund, please write to us at shopimiksimik@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

Upon approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Further, If an order is cancelled or refused by Imik Simik for any reason—including but not limited to payment issues, suspected fraud, incomplete information, product unavailability, or pricing errors—any payments received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
