Both the User and Imik Simik are individually referred to as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”.

Imik Simik offers unique jewellery products for purchase through its Website. The products are designed as artistic talismans, combining surrealist inspiration with traditional craftsmanship. By purchasing products or using any part of the Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this User Agreement.
Product Information and Order Acceptance
We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website are accurate. All products are handcrafted and may have minor variations in finish or appearance, which adds to their unique character.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. However, the order will be confirmed only once it is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All jewellery designs, images, logos, descriptions, brand names, and other content on the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Imik Simik. Payment Confirmation and Order Processing
Orders are processed strictly upon successful receipt of payment confirmation from our third authorised third party payment gateway. No order shall be deemed confirmed or accepted until such confirmation is received. In case of a failed or declined transaction, the order will not be processed, and we bear no liability for any resulting delay or non-fulfilment.
Pricing and Taxes
All product prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes under Indian law, unless expressly stated otherwise. However, delivery charges are not included in the listed price and will be displayed separately during checkout, prior to payment.
Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your payment is confirmed via our authorised third party gateway, you will receive an order acknowledgement email containing the details of your purchase. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days from the date you receive the order acknowledgment email. Further, your order will be deemed accepted only upon dispatch of the product(s), following which a shipment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders
Imik Simik reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

In such cases, if payment has already been received, the same shall be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Transfer of Risk and Title
The risk and title in the products shall pass to you only upon successful delivery of the product(s) to the address provided at the time of checkout.
Refund and Return Policy
At Imik Simik, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a hassle-free 48-hour refund policy from the time of delivery, under the following terms:
Eligibility for Refund

Only products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging will qualify for a refund.

To initiate a refund, please write to us at shopimiksimik@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

Upon approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Further, If an order is cancelled or refused by Imik Simik for any reason—including but not limited to payment issues, suspected fraud, incomplete information, product unavailability, or pricing errors—any payments received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Non-Refundable Items
